What the package can include
We can quote road transport to the trail area and accommodation in the available gateway villages, with separate nights as appropriate. Confirm room availability and meal arrangements early.
What is not automatically included
Valley of Flowers entry or guide costs, local transfers, porters, ponies and meals outside the agreed plan are not assumed included. Hemkund Sahib and the national park have distinct access rules.
Route and how to reach
Haridwar → Joshimath → Govindghat/Pulna → Ghangaria. The Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib each require separate hikes from Ghangaria. Transfer points, permits and trail lengths should be confirmed against the season’s official notices.
Start from Haridwar, Rishikesh or Dehradun and travel by road toward Govindghat; the Ghangaria approach and the two higher walks must be planned as separate stages.
Best time and opening dates
The Valley of Flowers is a seasonal monsoon and late-summer destination; Hemkund Sahib has its own annually announced operating dates. Bloom intensity, trail safety and weather vary. Confirm national park and gurdwara access before booking.
For a shrine journey, use the official Uttarakhand Tourist Care portal for applicable registration and notices. The flowering season and Hemkund opening window depend on annual conditions. Check the forest department’s park access and current shrine notices before committing dates.
